We are excited to announce that Kelly Raudenbush has been selected as PCHF’s 2026 Champion of the Community!

The Champion of Community Awards were developed in 2000 by the Foundation Board of Directors to recognize those who serve others in a way that contributes to the overall health of the greater Phoenixville community. This award honors those who voluntarily give their time, talent, and leadership to the greater Phoenixville community.

Kelly Raudenbush is the cofounder and Executive Director of The Sparrow Fund, a nonprofit based in Phoenixville committed to walking closely with adopted and foster children and their grownups. Kelly earned her master’s degree in counseling from Missio Seminary and her Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health clinical certification from Georgetown University. She is a TBRI™ Practitioner, Prepare/Enrich trainer, and facility dog handler to her canine colleague Banks, a specially trained golden retriever who is an expert at making hard things a little easier. She and her husband Mark, who serves as The Sparrow Fund’s Director of Operations, have been married since 1998 and have four children ranging in age from 24 down to 17, the youngest of whom they adopted through China’s special needs adoption program as a toddler.

Kelly is particularly passionate about (a) partnering with parents to help children process and understand their histories in healing ways; (b) encouraging, equipping, and empowering parents as they navigate the effects of trauma and build connections with each other and their children; and (c) helping grownups in our own neighborhood and across the world best experience the power of relationship. PCHF thanks Kelly for her tireless commitment to uplifting the Phoenixville community!

We hope you’ll join us in congratulating Kelly for her many incredible achievements!
