Community Convening

PCHF takes pride in listening to the nonprofit community when challenges arise. We have convened the community in the last year around issues of affordable housing, behavioral health, and elders at risk in our community. We will continue to work within systems to improve the outcomes and foster collaboration between our community and all its residents.
