Nominations for the 2026 Champions of the Community Award are now open! We’re excited to once again partner with the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce to present this prestigious award at their upcoming Annual Awards Dinner.
The Champion of Community Awards were developed in 2000 by the Foundation Board of Directors to recognize those who serve others in a way that contributes to the overall health of the greater Phoenixville community. This award honors those who voluntarily give their time, talent, and leadership to the greater Phoenixville community.
If you or someone you know fits this description, we encourage you to fill out the nomination form today! Once the nomination period closes, a PCHF Board Advisory Committee will review all submissions and select the awardee.
The winner will be notified and recognized during The Phoenixville Chamber’s Annual Awards Dinner on March 18th, 2026, at Rivercrest Golf Club and Preserve. In addition, the awardee will be invited to direct a Phoenixville Community Health Foundation grant of $2,000, in their name, to a charitable organization of their choice that serves the greater Phoenixville region.
Nominees must live within PCHF’s geographic area of interest and fulfill at least two of the following criteria:

- Nominee has utilized an innovative approach to solve a problem or challenge in the greater Phoenixville community
- Nominee a lengthy history of community/volunteer service in the Phoenixville area
The deadline for nominations is 2/20/2026. Email [email protected] with any questions.
