2022 - 2025 Overview
After much deliberation, the PCHF Board of Directors voted to extend our 2022-2024 Strategic Plan through the end of the 2025 calendar year. Throughout 2025, the PCHF team will again conduct a thorough and intentional strategic planning process to better understand our community’s ever-evolving needs and determine how we can best serve the Phoenixville area.
Throughout 2025, we look forward to continuing to offer grants to organizations serving the greater Phoenixville region that address one or more of our strategic goals. We will also continue other initiatives and activities, such as providing capacity building training opportunities to our nonprofit partners and serving as a convener to further advance our strategic goals. We remain committed to transparency and open communication with our nonprofit community, and we look forward to sharing our progress with you.
2022 - 2025 PCHF Strategic Goals
- Ensure equitable access to high-quality and affordable health and human services for all residents in the greater Phoenixville region
- Promote and strengthen access to timely mental health and substance abuse services, especially crisis intervention
- Support efforts to prevent homelessness and services for those experiencing housing insecurity, and expand opportunities for healthy, safe, and affordable housing
- Enhance the quality of services in the region by investing in nonprofit capacity building and development, and by encouraging partnerships and innovation
