We are excited to announce Sam Anthony will join the staff on July 1st as Program Officer!
A Chester County native, Sam graduated in 2020 from Temple University with a dual B.A. in Global Economy and German and a Master’s in Public Policy. She has worked with several nonprofit organizations in Pennsylvania, most notably the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania as Development and Operations Manager. While at the League, Sam also ran a small grantmaking program and coordinated educational and capacity building workshops and other learning opportunities to the 30+ local leagues across the Commonwealth. Sam also led the statewide organization during a time of leadership transition. She has a passion for supporting the missions of the incredible organizations working to benefit PA communities.
Prior to joining the League, Sam interned with the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program, Foreign Policy Research Institute, and Temple University’s Political Science Department. She also worked as marketing coordinator for Global Philadelphia Association. She lives in Phoenixville with her wonderful partner Luke and her two cats, Puck and Cheese.
