Kathy Merritt has been hired as Operations Manager. Kathy has spent her career in corporate customer service and finance roles, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and client advocacy. At the heart of Kathy’s professional journey is a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring people feel supported, heard, and cared for during every interaction. Outside of work, Kathy is a wife and a proud mother to two amazing children, as well as two wonderful stepchildren. She is also the female lead singer of a local band!

Kathy will join PCHF as a full-time staff member later in 2026. In the interim, Meg McCain will be serving as the Office Assistant on a part time basis. Meg will also continue in her communications role at the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and she is excited to bring those skills with her to the PCHF team.
Meg is a communications and creative professional with experience in graphic design, digital media, and community engagement. She is also currently pursuing a degree in Art Education at Kutztown University, is an advocate for Citizen Advocacy, and is a member of Phoenixville’s 100 Women.
